Nice Black Supercharger

Post by emrrtwo »

don't think I've seen a black one before, looks so good in black and so tidy too (less sure about the alloys though lol)- is in America though!

The information they provide for stock performance figures is wrong, in fact reading the article, I thought it was just a bit pants and those wheels

Black was an option here, for mk1a's and mk1b's although they are and were very rare in mk1 B guise, . It was I believe a £1500 extra cost with the gunmetal gray being £1800 extra , the black mk1b only seemed to be around 1986/1987 the gunmetal gray cars were available for several months in 1988,

This is all that I've been able to gather on the two rarest UK Colours IMO the gunmetal gray is the nicest, also both of the mk1b colours were metallic, where as the more common Black mk1a, was a solid colour.
Mk1b White T-bar SC 1987, Mk1b White coupe Jan90, Mk1b White coupe Jan90 (spares), Mk1b Mica blue T-bar Mar90, Mk1b Mica blue T-bar,full climate control,Jan90, 5 mk1's :)
