[Mk2] [Turbo] Polybush

In the middle of polybushing the mr2 and i've got a little problem, so any help would be good. The rear bolt that goes into the subframe will not come out, it just keeps spinning. Any thoughts on how to get it out.

Spot weld on the captive nut has probably come free. I read about this months ago but from what I remember doesn't it mean cutting the subframe?

Thanks for the reply, not what i wanted to hear. Looks like some cutting is needed
