It honestly depends on what you want, there are a variety of springs available with different springrates and lower the car different heights.

If you want to slam the car

(as much as you can on just lowering springs) then just get a set of Tein S techs, but dont expect the car to be comfortable.

(there are two versions, one isnt so road friendly), ST are all decent choices for road setup being progressive and dont have silly springrates.

Also a thing to note is that fitting lowering springs to standard shocks will significantly lower the life of them, due to not being designed for the shortened stroke after being lowered.

Although if youre still on std shocks they are most likely knackered any way.
