) i printed them off, cut them out of steel and then fabricted my sills from scratch.

its really quite easy once you get started, i can post some pics of how we did it, but might not have many on the actual fabrication side.

however, i would recommend taking out the rust, replacing anything that has started to go with new using the cardboard template method
