MK2 Locks & Ignition

Post by Tiamat »

I cannot provide details of how, otherwise I contravene IMOCs rules on advertising, but I may have a Rev3 N/A T-Bar on the way for around £200.

It will however come with no keys.

So, what is the going rate for a set of locks etc with keys?

Just trying to work out whether its cheaper to get my key man to make me a key instead.

Well that works out cheaper than getting on ecut. Does make the car slightly more affordable.

Just got to see if it comes to my work now and then speak to bank of dad for the pennies to pick it up.

I will come back if I get the car, just waiting for it to come through to my work now, so I can have a proper look at it. I also have to work out how to get into it without breaking the window with a crowbar.

There are ways of getting in without smashing the window if you want to know via pm?

Please refrain from posting up how to get into an MR2 on the public forum.

Common sense really.

haha, like it takes anything other than a brain to work it out when he has to change the locks - its not like a professional car thief - only a fool couldnt work it out really

The only reason I can't say too much is it basically advertises the business I work for, which I cannot do as a breach of IMOC rules. But I can get into it with no problem I think. If I have to I will just put through a window. I am legally obliged to get into it anyway.
