Woodsport (Buddy Club Replica) Front lip

Post by Charged »

Big thanks to Paul Woods for this excellent product. It's so hard finding decent after market body parts for Mk1s that actually work well, this suits spot on for my car.

Paul, I missed you at JAE, I wanted to pop over and show you but I'm not sure where the time went!

Moody shot by Ben, shamelessly stolen from his facebook.

Love it.

Looks great.

It's the only bit of aftermarket body styling I would even consider for a mk1. Everything else I've seen looks bad.

Yeah the time went really quickly Ollie, plus i didn't get there until 6pm Saturday because i bought a ragtop St183 en route to JAE, by the time i set up tent etc i didn't get a chance to wander around.

The car is looking great :thumleft:

Want one!

Looks great. What did it take to fit? do you have to drill holes or anything?

I pre drill them where it bolts to the front radiator support panel, so the only drilling you need to do is two screw holes where it wraps around the wing bottom. I don't drill them here in case people just want to bond it on in this area, but it bolts on everywhere else.

Easy to fit, mine needed a very slight fettle but only due to having a Charge Cooler radiator sticking out a wee bit.

Excellent design :thumleft:
