Spin at Blyton Park trackday, MR2 Turbo

Good day, stayed dry, right up to the point my rad let go (was hoping it was going to be a winter job, already had some radweld due to a minor leak) still no major damage done.

Unfortunately no trackside footage as my support car didn't arrive until after I'd blown the rad.

Certainly felt alot better after new engine strut brace and 4 wheel laser alignment, tyres were well grippy (Yoko's) beginning to melt and shed bits of rubber a la Formula 1!

So new rad and time to get the boost controller wired in for some extra bhp next year

Is the car quite low? The front appears over sprung.

Ride height if fairly standard, four settings on the suspension, fronts are currently set to'1' which I figure is the firmest, I was thinking of turning it down a bit :D

If the springs are overly stiff you won't be working your dampers giving you a bobbing effect on the brakes and cornering. Softening it up a bit should make it a bit more progressive and easier to control when in oversteer!
