Camber adjustment bolt advice req.

Stripping down struts to fit Diy coilovers.
what is a good rough starting point to set the camber adjusting bolts for normal road use on 15" wheels

i think they were never correct to begin with
it's never been as light as my old mk1

will have it laser set up later after it gets it's MOT hopefully next month

On the same subject, if you don't mind:

will the adjustment range of those camber adjusting bolts front and rear be generally enough to achieve TRD camber settings of

front -1.0 degrees
rear- 1.5 degrees
