CRN Products - Timewasters

Post by Marf »

Ordered some brakes around the 26th of January, still not turned up.

Been spun yarns about them being sent to the wrong address so they had to make up and send out a second set.

Had multiple promises saying "they'll be here today", lost count of the number of times I've asked for a call back with the tracking information and had no call back.

Asked twice directly for a refund or the tracking information. Every time I mentioned a refund it was just met with "they'll be here today".

So I've instructed my bank to issue a chargeback. Really disappointed by the whole situation.

I had the same kind of problems with them a couple of years ago.

Speak to Ollie... He's a nice guy, I had multiple complications which got sorted in the end and they offered be a brake pad upgrade for the inconvenience.

Yep it was Ollie who I was dealing with.

I've had my refund and the courier sent the goods back to CRN.

Just received some red stuff pads from EBC direct on eBay and new discs arriving this morning.

Shant waste my time with CRN again :thumleft:
