IN CAR VIDEO Castlecombe GT Race 6 laps Aug 2010 TD06 20G

Post by george_m »

Good start spoilt by stalled car on line and then hit by RX7.
Working hard to keep Dodge Viper behind but no chance with F430 in front

Managed a 1m 13.7 before engine lost all coolant head gasket blew

Agreed - good video.

What's the spec? Got photos of the car? Including the inside?

George,

How is that turbo for track use then? Does it take a while to spool?

Looks like a decent set up you have there :)

Turbo works well as long as you build up boost before the apex.

My biggest problems is gear ratio's there is a couple of bends that 2nd is too low and 3rd a high and another where 4th is too high and 3rd a bit low.

A dog box would be perfect but dont have that sort of cash to spare

Looks nice

Which exhaust housing do you have on the turbo? I'm guessing your dyno plots are all flywheel figures?

Where abouts are you based, I'm near Gloucester myself...would be cool to see your car in the flesh sometime :thumleft:

More videos please!
