I take it these are meant to be flush with the roof and boot lid?
I would just chop the top off with a 1mm cutting disc and reduce the sides then refibre glass the top back on. Looks like a lot of work to get these fitting right.

Never seen these before, something different from the bomex style intakes. Look like there is alot of work to get them to fit. From my breif fiberglassing experience, time and patience is needed. Plus if you go wrong you can always cut it off and try again.
Do you mind me asking how much you paid for them?

Yes they are a total pain 
its meant to sit flush with the roof line (except the two inlet vents) at the boot end they are meant to be slightly raised - there were two protuding bits of fiberglass on the outside top of the side pieces which I think you were supposed to bolt it down with but they were just hideous and given the bad fit of the rest of the kit it was easier just to chop them off and chuck them in the bin. The kit came from the USA but it took over a year for it to reach me after I had bought it and then situations changed and I wound up having to buy a house so it all got put on the back burner for another year so I cannot for the life of me remember how much they cost - I do remember you could get them in carbon kevlar as well at a higher price which I was sorely tempted to buy but having seen how badly these are made I'm really glad I didnt !
I will post more pics up as it continues but I've had enough of it at the moment and have a stack of work backed up that I need to take care of so it wont have anything done too soon.
Cheers for the interest though gives you a bit more heart to carry on and get it right.(even if it isnt anytime soon

Really fed up of the body work so decided to fit the roll cage
( bought from Ben of carbenfibre fame nearly 2 years ago now - dont want to rush into doing a job you know 
)Seat fitted properly now after I refabbed some brackets
did do a little bit more fiberglass
- extended the top part of the body kit so its now a little closer to the side parts - its not perfect yet but at least its in the same country now if you know what I mean 
Nothing really exciting I suppose but it keeps me off the streets
