Yes lots of fun but terrible for the cars I think

The salt on the underbody will do a power of no good I think

They love thir motorsport in Jersey though

Looking at the state of the donors I think a bit of salt in the track is the least of their worries.

Yes, perhaps they're just getting the last bit of use out of MOT fails ? :)

Cant say I'm surprised, aren't they limited to 50MPH in Jersey?
If you can't see the angle, you're in trouble.

Jersey to Manchester must have been a bit of a shock to the system!

Certainly a big shock to the car insurance

Went and lived there for 15 months after my A levels as my Dad lives there but couldn't settle so came home.

No, only motorsport I saw was hillclimbing and the road rally they hold. The rally was excellent to watch. There are some awesome roads over there for rallying when you know its closed for traffic coming the other way.

I like Jersey. Great place for a holiday but I can imagine how it might be too limited an environment for some folk to settle there permanently

Country wise was all about Jersey this week. The show was more about potatoes and cows. Surprised they even have traffic over there. Did look like a lovely island to holiday in though. Mike take the push bikes over there some time. Will have to look up the rally now, see if I can tie a holiday in with the right dates.

Yes, have been there a couple of times & would happily go again

It isn't all spuds & cows

St Hellier is a nice town. You can hire a car & get about

AND its quick & easy to do a day trip to France
