south east london, deptford, you was waiting to turn behind another car and the car in front of me was waiting to turn, i moved around my car to go straight ahead and saw you.....guy with a jacket and white hoodie, i couldn't see the plate too well but something like O UKE - it was getting dark and raining but you saw me and I saw you.
