mk3 idle bounce

Hi Have just aquired a mark3 roadster 02 plate and have noticed that when warm the revs bounce is it like a mark one and possibly a coolant air lock problem or could it be something more? as the coolant level doesnt seem to drop in the tank
Any help would be appreciated

I would check the MAF sensor, mate. They are quite renowned to cause similar problems and quite a common failure point.
