rFactor AW11

Post by dylbie »

Pics from Laguna Seca. Roof still needs lowering a little and flattening. Also the interior pillars need beefing up a bit. And of course the rust needs to be added to the rear arches! :D Once again if you could let me know if you can see anything wrong, or anything that can be improved, that would be greatly appreciated :thumleft:

Rear spoiler is too far forward on the boot and isn't wide enough, should be closer to the edge of the rear wing.
Looking good though :thumleft:

Hello,
Cool 8)
Looks great and almost finished to me  I'm also liking the interior as well, just one question though... will it be available in different colours \:D/

I will also have to get rFactor have you got a link to it? when (if?) you release the MR2 model.

Thank you and keep up the good work

Thanks for the feedback chaps.

Mulaz, I hadn't seen the missing clear spoiler. Seems obvious now! Good spot!

Jimi, cheers. Now you've said it, I can see that it needs to be wider and further back.

LeSpank, I hadn't actually noticed that the petrol flap looks big. My car is laid up in the garage at the moment so I'll have to go and look, and check some old photos against it. Cant be that much bigger though?

Jak, Interior is not even close to being finished yet. I want to get it looking very close when driving from in-car(correct steering wheel, dash instruments). Oh and the interior should be blue like my car! I'm gonna try and get all the standard colours made. I also eventually want to make a racing series with lots of different race/rally liveries. And if anyone wants different colours made then I'll see what I can do. It's very easy to paint cars up.

Keep picking as many holes as you can in these pics. I've just noticed the MR2 is missing from the mudflaps. There must be many more things to fix that I've missed.

The mounting for the door mirrors is all wrong, they're too far forward (the door glass shouldn't come all the way forward to a point)

Hard to tell from those angles but the wheels still look lie they need to be spaced out a bit further.

Back lights look wrong, think ther red sections are too tall. In addition the top outer corners of the black area around the lights should be rounded

The tops of the rear wings doesn't seem to have the right profile either

Kaiowas cheers for the input. :thumleft: Suprising how I missed those bits. See what you mean the mirrors should have that black triangular block at the front of the window. The back lights do still need work to get them perfect. I'm just looking at the top of the rear wings. I think they need to be more angular. The petrol flap needs to be slightly smaller, higher and further back.

Keep the criticisms coming :) I should be able to get more pics up soon

DyLbie on your car the angle of the rear roof pillars to the rear window are not quite right if you look you will see the rear roof pillars should be nearly parallel to the window as they drop down towards the rear wings , also making the air intake smaller .See image Image
can you tell us more about the game etc. :D
