hi all i got a little problem with my tubby missfiring under load,it idles perfect even with a little throttle,ive changed the plugs,dizzy cap and rotor arm and checked vacume pipes for leaks,plz help!!!!!!!!!

Hey mate check your coil for cracks, we are seeing alot of coil issues at the moment, as they get old the plastic outer cracks letting in moisture.

ile try that thanx just thought it would constantly missfire if it was the coil.anything is worth a try

What leads do you have? Magnacore King lead caused the same problem for me - back to toyota leads now.

ive got standard leads but i think im gonna try a new set.thanx bud

Ive got the same problem but misses only on full boost, Im thinking nakered plugs. Changed the dizzy, rotor arm, plugs and leads a while ago but May have ordered N/A plugs :?

I'd put money on the coil, had the same thing a few weeks back and took the coil off to find some big cracks in it new one fitted $80NZ and its all good now :lol:
