does your fuel pump make strange noises when it's not functioning properly or is it normal , this is after I've turned the engine off for a few mins

Do you mean the car is making a noise after you've turned it off.. or do you mean that after turning the car off and then back on it makes a noise?

after a few minutes it's been turned off , but only sometimes
