After following a link posted by cartledge_uk I now have the mot history for my car for the last 2-3 years
(there was little history with the car when I bought it). In 2006 it failed an mot as both "outer sill suspension component mounting prescribed area is excessively corroded."After this, there's nothing until the following year when it passed an mot, having done only 12 miles in the meantime.
Obviously, then, it has been off the road for ten months having some work done, but other than this clue regarding the above, there is no record of anything else having been done. The MOT centre was Peacocks of Westgate, Canterbury.So, does anyone remember my car/have any info on its history? It had a mk1club sticker and a club mag from 2004
(i think) when I bought it, so has obviously been a club car at some point.Also, which parts would have actually been replaced to pass the mot in
