[Mk2] [Turbo] tom's wheels-white or original silver???

Post by mattymr2 »

just bought some genuine 16" tom's wheels to match my full tom's body kit for an absoloute bargain price! \:D/

they are in desperate need of a refurb and some new front tyres.

one of the wheels was buckled but on the road isnt noticable but will probably get it repaired any way.

now my dilema is wether to refurb them in the original silver, or in a gloss white colour to match the body work. ive always fancied a white mr2 with white wheels........ :-k =P~

help me decide........ O:)

and some pics, yes im a whore.

black! Perhaps with a thin red stripe on the rim well. \:D/

If you want just one of the 2 colours, I vote for white.

Not bad mate.
Than choose white, if you can change the rims when they become too dirty from the brake dust. :D

Keep them original - Silver. Matches the brochure photo of the white Toms kitted 2 in the Hyper-Rev magazine.

Notice a pattern

White on white looks awesome on MR2s, but then there's the fact that they were originally silver wheels :-k

Personally it'd be white for me :thumleft:
