Prob a stupid question, but will there be cash machines there? or them silly ATMs that charge £100,000,000 every time you take out a tenner?

is there 'Fixed' 'holes in the walls' local that we can use? or is it a case of come with cash ?

Probably a bit late but from what I have read, there is a cash point at the Tesco's Metro on the island. But whether it has money by the end of the weekend is another matter.

There's a few cashpoints dotted around in West Mersea, probably your best bet.

You can probably find some locally, but getting in and out of the site will be difficult - Personally, I'd come with enough cash for the weekend and then relax there.
