Big :thumright: to Alex for the route. Top day out. Having to play catch up after the Grayswood stop was a PITA though....
Big  to the t**t in a people carrier who deliberately pulled out from a side road right in front of me coming out of Midhurst!

Great run back afterwards with cantfindausername on the A272. Antstarr said he wanted a bit of a run since he had missed out earlier. We thought he was coming with us but he left first and vanished! I think it was to avoid embarrassment in case he couldn't keep up and got lost again.

Yeah was a good run out and a good run back also.

Really good to finally be able to get my car to a driving meet. I've waited a long old time to do that and it was well worth it. :thumleft:

Lookin forward to the next one... although I doubt my car will be there. Hopefully still have it for the brighton one though :)

Twas a good day. Thanks to Alex for organising a great route.
If anyone else has a favourite route they want to suggest, please sen me a PM and we'll see about incorporating it :thumleft:

In the meantime, the Guildford Meet is likely to be in MR2Only Magazine shortly, so anyone with pictures from the November Meet (the big one) and / or february / March meet, please let me know and if you can provide with a linky for them online.

Many thanks.

sorry to sound like a bit of a b!tch or whatever, but does anyone know who invited the Evo and the Boxster?

Its only because this is an MR2 meet, we have resisted turning it into a general Japanese meet as control over who attends is important.

(not directed at anyone attending the meet so far) There has never been an accident on the Guildford Meet and no complaints received from Police, we never been stopped or anything and that is in about 2 - 2.5 years of the meet running.

Control over attendance has helped sort this. Whilst an invite has been extended to one MX5 club in the past, the members of this club are known to several of the meet members and the attendees personally vouched for.

If people are extending the invite further, please clear it with the organisers / representatives first (Tiamat, LimeyMK1 & Jaspa) and confirm who is coming along.

Thank you.
