Ok, made Action Fraud UKI aware, who will put it onto their investigators. They gave me a reference number etc. They have given me a number for CAB trading standards as well. So I am going to call them next.

Well I'm going to call this guy out (really nice looking car and spec) but 408bhp on 550cc injectors , I don't see how that possible when jd's at 340bhp ish iirr @ 97 idc .

He would need to be running a TT hybrid stage 2 (S175) turbo and very large injectors to do this.. I would love to see the dyno graph including afr's.

been onto trading standards now too who have said I have to write to them first requesting my money be returned just so it is logged as a complaint. mr2c8cya, can i include your name as a previous owner in my letter for proof that the vehicle is being sold fraudulently?

Letter sent to them, now going to contact card issuer and see if they will refund me the money.
