It's not always 10 secs sometimes it's less sometimes it's more - lots more.
I once threw a grenade which set off a claymore and teamkilled 3 or 4 of my team and I got 2 full minutes

Yeah, I called in a stealth bomber on strike and killed 5 people. Would have been great if they weren't all on my team. Got a minute and a half for that one
