I'm still a little stuck on what headlight units to get though. It would be nice if Hella, Raybrig, Autopal or others made a unit that would fit.

Anyone any ideas? Would prefer to buy a brand new set as opposed to old set from GTO etc

They're all from the U.S so will light up the wrong side of the road.

Those ones from Autopal are the same. Designed for cars driving on the right hand side of the road

Did anyone successfully purchase these 4 x 6 headlight kits from the German forum, did they provide the correct RHD headlights when they sent the kit over?
Little confused by reading the thread, looks like people where sourcing there own headlights? :-k

Going to bump this thread rather than make a new one.

As much as I love pop up headlights I honestly feel the factory lights are a bit big. As I'm not a fan of the Rev6 conversion I was looking at the GTO conversion or the ferrari/volvo ones that german guy made. They seem to sit at around the right height and shape for me.

Do anyone run either and have any feedback? Is the light output much different/better?

I have messaged Kirk

Before the GTO lights with Osram nightbreakers I had clear lights with 100watt bulbs, the GTO lights are as good as if not better and they look better 8)
They are a really good mod that they look like thats the way the car should have been made, so you have to tell people they are a mod  and speeding them up so you can actually flash people before they have gone past
