Just got back...

My best time was a 13.6 @ 102 mph... my first time up the strip so I'm pleased with that.. room for improvement as well

Enjoyable day - one MR2 in full road trim ran a 10.7!

Not me. :( Seem to have a bit of a problem...hope to trace it today but unlikely I will run again unless I do!

Looking forward to some cracking times off Andrew et al today. :)

Think I must have missed a lot of the MR2s running.

Also, was there a problem with the track today as I think I only saw about 5 good runs all day long. And 2 of them were from Fireforce!

Everyone seemed to either be bogging down something chronic, or starting off with no revs. #-o

i ran a 10.9 with a poor 60ft.

First run was aborted due to mis fire. Second run 10.9 @ 130 and third run aborted from mis shift..... gutted as that was still 11.4 as i coasted over the line with a terminal of 105!

Car held up well which was my main goal - im a happy bunny. Just need to get my launches sorted.

Many congrats to Ian Worral for his 10.7 - how the hell he got a 1.6 6ft on toyo R888's is a mistery!! Good lad :thumleft:

A good show of mr2's too and nice to catch up with some of the folks from this board.

track was very funny, found it very slippery. Dropped the revs and bogged on my best run with a time of 12.09 and didn't touch the set up. still had 30 psi on 35 profile tyres.
Can't wait till next yeah i'll put some drag tyres on and run her on race fuel (never got round to it)

Good show (shame about all the ques!)

Yeah I noticed you got masses of wheel spin on your runs, Defo think 18's are the wrong way to go about getting a good 60ft :-k

Impressive looking engine bay though. Some major pipework going on in there.
