The car has 480 @ 1.5bar of boost on a safe map at the minute. The tuner says it does have potential to hit the 600 mark once tuned correctly. As for a 10 second 1/4 I need to learn how to drive it in a straight line.

I see mate :) I was just wondering if it had covered the 1/4 mile in the 10's as yet or if it was expected to do so ;) Not easy keeping them straight at this level of tune is it lol :)

Or keeping the front wheels on the ground lol. I will probably get a few runs in down at York next year.
Not sure what to fiddle with over the winter on it.

Suspension settings go a long way towards getting the best from your runs. Something myself and the guys @ Rogue are working on getting spot on at the moment. Power without control can effectively make a big bhp car slower :? #-o

I will be changing the suspension settings as it is a bit bouncey at the minute. The lifters are a bit tappy on it I dont know if this is normal. Also what oil should I use in it as it is due a change.

What suspension are you using at the moment?

Oil wise I recommend Silkolene Pro S 10W- 50. The very best I have used to date ;)

Remember for 1/4s you want SOFT suspension and the CoG as high as possible!

Too soft isn't great either to be honest Jon. You need to transfer the weight smoothly if possible. Although that's not as easy as it sounds :? #-o

Beautiful car mate! I'm actually surprised that this car uses a (by the looks of it) Phoenix's Power sidemount intercooler, and stock throttle body and intake manifold. How far you reckon you can push the power with those items left in place?
