- just a general note about getting onto the IMOC stand (that I've also noted on the information thread) I'd aim to get there as soon as you can in the day, and ideally by 10:30am to help us set up the stand display with cars.
The other reason for getting there early is that the JAE Security folks stopped automatically cars around midday at least year's JAE, somthing to do with them not wanting car driving around with lots of public milling around at the same time.
If you can't get there early, and find the Security folks on the gate won't let you in what you will have to do is to park outside the event in the Public parking, pay to get in then find someone on the IMOC stand to vouch for you to Security and let you in.
Depdending on how many people this affects, and how busy we are on the stand we'll probably do this every 30-45 minutes
- all in all, quite a hassle - so just get there early
