If we are, mine will read as follows...

2005 Renault Clio 1.2 Extreme.
Lots of beer in boot
Lots of food in the back seat
Not a lot of power under the bonnet.

My 2 won't be ready. :(
Sable Grey 2004 MkIII Roadster

Once an MR2 owner, ALWAYS an MR2 owner!

Does some one want to organise spec sheets?

Just a template that every one can fill in and print off?

Good idea! :D Are you volunteering?

Seriously though I think someone did these for last year. I will try and find it. If not someone could do another, anyone volunteering?

The one I made last year is here :

http://www.luckymonkey.co.uk/mr2/specsheetLIB.doc (1.2Mb)

Anna says :

Limey was going to make one up apparently, but I've dug out the ones I used last year for the slug (RIP:cry ... This format is great for people with a small spec list but some ace photos.

Do we have a projector screen sorted yet?

If not, I have a couple of roll up ones if we have a marquee or something we can improvise to suspend from

The only problem would be getting them there - taking them in the MR2 is more likely to make me look like James May's Triumph Herald....

any news on Food on the IMOC stand - will there be a communal BBQ ?, are you providing the odd hanburger within raised funds or should people bring their own for a) their own BBQ or b) donations of food for communal BBQ :-k

Beer ? - that's easy =P~ :eye: :-#

edit:

why do i always find the answer immediately after i post a question and not before ](*,)

anna wrote:BBQ is confirmed!

Bring your own food, cooking implements, we will have some carcoal but we'll probably run out, so stocks of that too

tis fairly large (oil barrel type bbq), but you may have to wait to use it. Saves you bringing disposibles and bricks!

=D>

mods - could this be made a sticky ?
would be VERY good to have all cars on our stand have one of these in the front window..

either that or someone to print off and distribute for people to fill out over the weekend when they arrive ready to put in their car on the stand.

I'll even Volunteer to dish these out !
(would be best if someone with a COLOUR printer could knock out say 80 and I'll scamper around on Friday / Sat and Sunday mornings when i see people without one..)

someone let me know 8-[

Just as long as everyone doesn't have my spec list on their car!

Do you want a blank version?

I think Speedy's would be best for an unmodified car.

I can sort the colour copies for everyone.
Provided I can get five minutes alone with the copier without the boss noticing! 8-[

No proof needed, mate just say which club you're with and they'll point you in the right direction.

Blank spec sheet for those who forget to do one before JAE.

Talking to myself here, I'm not too mad honest

On the screen front I've measured up a screen and I think it'll just fit in the tubby. I'll bring some cable so we can lash up some kind of makeshift stand, as long as we have something to tie it to - gazebo or something?

I've got the day off Friday so was going to wander up quite early so that we can attempt it in daylight... and whilst everyone is still sober ;)
