My stance is you have to give the seller time to properly respond, there may be a genuine problem.
Once you have all the facts and come to either a dead end with the seller or paypal have finished their investigation then any user is free to post a factual account of the transaction. I do not think a problem with one or two sellers mean we have a problem with sellers on the site.
Having people to pay to advertise is not going to happen...sorry...firstly I do not want to ruin it for all genuine sellers, plus there is the technical side to it.I would advise any user to do a bit of research before they commit to a sale.
..look at previous posts from the user.. ask the community has anyone bought from them...use a escrow service if it is a big purchase.I hate the fact that people have been burned, but at the same time we can not let people post as soon as something does not turn up when the seller said it would.
