Got myself some lockwood sill plates to bling up the interior a bit along with my richbrook gator surround and now this little addition.

Car failed the MOT today it`s running very badly (rich) it was overfueling that much the oil catch can was full of fuel!!!!

Could this be the cause??

Well ive purchased another AFM and there is still a problem #-o so i think that rules out the AFM.

Next port of call would be the O2 sensor im i right in thinking??

Just a little update for you all:

The car got taken way yesterday on a flat bed (it`s done more miles on transport in the past 2 years than under it`s own steam #-o ) had a phone call from the mechanic and here is the latest. Timing is out by 20deg i`ve asked him to change the cam belt while here got it in pieces and the pulley bearings, he`s sorting the other small bits it failed on such as split steering rack boots. the water pump looks like it`s been changed recently before i owned it.

Also one thing that made me smile is that he says mechanicals and the under side of the car reflects the mileage as it`s in very good nick, no rust or rot anywhere and the engine look nice and clean.

Car looks awesome dude, mega gutted for you on the road works disaster.

I've done exactly the same to mine round here, on a raised manhole cover, but scratched the underneath, not cracked the bumper.

Sounded awful from inside the car :pale:
