They'll look good fitted. I saw a set on a car at JAE, although they'd been fettled with. Mesh worked well on them there and it is better than a hole IMO :wink:

Have you had chance to fit them any pics of fitment they'd got nicely with my engine lid

Not yet mate my car is in bodyshop and they will be there Tuesday I'm guaranteed that fitment is spot on and they have an awesome finish :)


I know what your saying phil just mesh ain't my thing at all mate :(

well i now have everything ready for the amber jdm front conversion including my 3s-fe bumper :)

the drivers front reflector is damaged so looking to maybe replace that and need the plugs with wires to connect up the toberone repeaters in place of the side repeaters but apart from that its all good and thanks to a group of awesome members on here i have managed to source the parts above so its all systems go ready for the car going down to sbits in june for the engine conversion :)

well its been a while and i have the itch again lol

i have loved owning the impreza but it just dont drive like the 2 used to and my biggest regret in life is still to this day selling my rev 5 and am seriously thinking of buying another

this time though it will have to be carribean blue and t bar and rev3+

i miss buk soo much lol which sounds sad but i just do

and i never put any pics up of him finished so here they are

ah right did he get the leaky tein coilovers sorted do you guys know and the crunchy notchy gearbox ?

oh dear :( aw well

i decided against buying another 2 in the end the scooby went yeaterday and ive just bought myself a 55 plate audi a4 s line 2.0tdi 170

but been re mapped to 223bhp

its just had
new uprated oil pump
brand new garret turbo from turbo technics with 3 year warranty
brand new clutch and dual mass flywheel
new cambelt kit
new starter motor
injectors flushed
full service
new discs and pads all round
and 4 new tyres

it has 98,000 and full history

and a stainless system
full factory black out kit on the chrome
19" tri spoke alloys genuine audi s6 i think 1's

and is lovely to drive has many factory extras fitted

here is the final pics of the subaru the day it went :( i sold it for £6500 which is good i suppose still took a 7k loss on it mind :(

the wife has told me i can have a new set of wheels and sell these as there not really to my taste so im in a toss up between a staggered set of 8.5" front 9.5" rear et42 all round 19" bbs lm's or the same set up but bbs ch what you think ?
