Tickets have not arrived yet, hopefully they will be here shortly! Will give the organisers a nudge if they are not here by the end of the week.

I've done this wrong! I've booked for the Saturday night and had planned to drive down on the Saturday morning....

I'm just about to book ours for the Friday night. I've always driven from home on the saturday morning (3 hour journey) and arrived at about 9-10am but decided this year I wanna be part of the convoy

We are aiming to meet the convoy after driving down in the morning... Means leaving at about 3am! Then stay down there for the night as the other half wants to go shopping the next day. It's a small price to pay to be allowed to play out on a special day to us haha

That's why I've booked the Friday night because I'd have to leave at a similar time [-X

From the Japfest website >>>

`It is our intention to start dispatching club packs on Wednesday 23rd April but please be aware they may not be sent until at the latest, a week before the show. Please ensure your members complete the vehicle registration number field on each vehicle pass, failure to do so may result in refusal of entry.`

OK so, hopefully they get tickets out bang on the 23rd! That would be ridiculous if they didnt send the tickets until a week before! The 3rd of May, would not give much time to get them sent out and arrive before the 10th! Not long to wait now anyway.

So whos going on the rolling road or got track time? Anyone entering the Power and Style awards?

I missed out on track time tickets which was a shame.
Would have done the rolling road if I hadn't done it 2 weeks ago.
It's guna be a great day if we have the weather

I'm planning to do the power runs. It says you book it on the day. I'm sure if we get down there early enough we will be fine.
It also says that they will do discount for clubs if there are at least 5 cars doing it. So if we get a list of people up for it we can all go and speak to them at the same time :thumleft:

I have a misfire under boost at the moment, but as long as I've fixed that by the show, I'll definitely be doing it.
New engine and turbo so need to know what shes running

I will be up for a power run. Running standard at the Mo.

Also....if I'm on a club stand, do i have to stay till the end or can I go when I want?
Only ask as I may have something on in the afternoon.

I will be up for a power run as well. As long as the forced induction they set up is sufficient. I also need to re-commission my Nitrous set up!

Good idea! Forgot about those. Would be a good idea if we all did this.
