Soon to be turbo power at long last

well car is in the bodyshop and wheels are now done the paint came out slightly darker than i had anticipated as the paint chip was a lot lighter but hey ho its done now and i do actually like the colour even if its now what i was expecting

fronts ready for paint :)

and while the wheels were off i went mad with wire brushes and totally cleaned up all the suspension components on the front and covered them in grease :) sad part is my anti roll bar rose joints are knackered and knocking like mad so need replacing at the front :(

also having my spoiler blade fixed were a local fat kid leaned on it while he watched me fit my harnesses and cracked it in 5 places the hefalump lol

cheers dude i was a little aprihenchious at first but warming to them now just a shock at the darker shade lol :)

I think I'm gonna mate really like the contrast of the wheel colour feels weirded having my wheels refurbed and them not coming back gloss black lol

your about 8 months too late already mate my engine now is all powder coated satin black with red hosing but that will be gone for a turbo conversion as soon as i get the call from atha n co for my claim :) full the works :)

was an option but way more than i want to spend to be honest im looking to spend around £2500-£3000 all in woodsport can do me a turbo conversion plus dress package in theat budget

then the world is my oyster after that lol :)

i honestly thought i would of got a lot of negative feedback for this lol seems everyone likes them

i was the only 1 who didnt at first as was expecting a lot lighter :) :thumleft:

You should maybe mesh them? They look a bit unfinished. Maybe they'll look fine on the car mind you.

i hate mesh mate lol i think it looks very cheap :S ill sort them so they look a little more presentable :)

Likewise, looks a bit Halfords. It's probably just seeing them with the wooden floor visible through them, it'll be fine over an engine.

Coming along nicely buddy! Fancy a set of those vents now! :-k

Plus fibreglass is better than metal. Might buy a set :D
