I may have to passenger with someone........

I can't afford to spunk £40 on a full tank after parking my tubby up someones backside  I can still drive to Bramley and hop in with someone but if there are no spaces then not to worry......

Have no fears, the bunch you will be meeting are very very friendly. The Guildford Meet is reknown for the new members who come along and keep coming back - just look at Max! I have PM'd you my mobile number in case there is any delay - we meet in Bramley at 11:30 and leave at 12:00 but will hang on if necessary.

TO ALL: Have a full tank of fuel! We will be stopping off on route and will try and include at least one Shell station, but best to start with a full tank.

also what a likely number of people to actually arrive???
cant wait, any mk1.5 going too???

Not aware of any Mk1.5's going, but should be a few MK1s. Don't worry, we will keep up!

Can bring video camera, but be aware alot of the run is not on lit roads, so may not record much, but would be great to get some footage - have just realised I have left my camera at home
Likely number of people based on previous attendance rates will be around 20. We have approximately 30 names down but there is always a last minute drop out rate so about 2/3 end up there.
Last run had 12/13 of us and was brilliant!

Oh pants, didn't realise there were people dropping out... think I'm out too #-o

Couple of mechanical issues and lack of fundage means I probably won't make it tonight, would rather not put the car through the paces until I get things sorted which I haven't had time to do yet... sorry chaps :(

Shame Leeroy - you know its going to be fun.
There were 12/13 on the last one which was great fun - so the run will go ahead no matter how many turn up!

There's plenty of people if you want to passenger for the run. :thumleft:

I'm hoping no one gets any points for anything myself.

Where's the nearest (decent) fuel station to the meeting point, and is it open 24 hours? Sorry if this has already been covered, but I'm too lazy to look back over 11 pages  ;)

There is a Shell in Ladymead road Guilford. If we come in on the A3, and come into guilford at the A320 junction, we will see it just after the turnoff to Bramley (A281). No idea if it will be open.

Will be slippy out there tonight, lots of damp patches around here. Hope it is better down there.
