Alone In The Dark - 360

The review I saw did mention the fixed camera as being a massive downer and it did look quite cumbersome when he was fighting enemies - the camera would be facing the wrong way .. ala the old Resident Evil games.

That would seriously do my boobs big time, so I might miss it. Shame looks great otherwise.

I only got to play it a little bit last night. The graphics really are bloody amazing.

Agree with H3RB about that poxy 3rd person camera angle but you can just flick it straight into 1st person for most of the time.

I'll give it some more time tonight

Err building seems to be alive, lots of weird xxxx going on. People possessed by something. It's bloody hard though. There's no hints in game really of use and can't find any net guides.

really? im finding it quite easy lol

im really not keen on the stupid cam tho! and the auto aim is abit off putting

It's driving me bloody nuts. I'm spending ages looking for things but I dont know what they are FFS.

I need a guide to fall back on as spending half hour walking round like a tit in a trance isnt doing it for me.

Latest one "Go and find a car" ok so I find a car. I find about 4 in fact. None of them have keys in though so what the hell am I supposed to do?
It doesnt say any where how to hot wire a car.

Does any one have a link to a guide?
PITA as it's so new, no one seems to have one written up yet!

There'r just no guides yet. I found the other car hidden in another room. Now i need to drive round new york trying to escape something. But there's no room to get it wrong, no map. It's just daft!

Haha, this game plays just like a movie. When you go back to it and select continue it comes up "previously on Alone In The Dark and gives you a run down of whats happened.

Also, like a movie, you can fastforward it - IE skip things you cant do.

Got pi$$ed off to high heaven with that poxy driving bit.
