Well got there and another problem they had to fix. All the injectors had suck closed due to being sat in the boxes to long.

Easy fix run 12v and watch em pop open :D

The car now starts fine and there just adding a basic map with a 5k limit on it. They are also going to use both the AFM and the 3bar pressure sensor to provide air information to the ecu (switch at different revs to keep fuel efficiency and also power top end).

The bonnet was being fitted as i left and just had a price for a body shop round the corner to fit the bonnet pins drill the holes for the heated washer jets and to fit the new spoiler on the boot £140 which I’ll be having done once the car is finished.

It's so close to being back home now and for me to start all the extra's

Also gave them 1k on top of the 500 i gave them last time so broke again lol

extra The dvd changer i bought a while back wasn't a clarion one which did p1$$ me off as it looked like one

so just bought another one
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0285055202

£155

This will work with the touch screen so i won't need any extra remotes in the car like the other one i have

Don't worry no problems there always handy when your a computer geek lol

Also mainly using the dvd changer for mp3 dvd's and making some music video dvd's up to go in it.

The next step is sorting out the rad at the front. I did have a ally rad coming but all went messy so going to re order one in the next couple of months from the US of A

PWR should bling up the front as i have to loose the plate over the top of the rad due to the bonnet vents and it's as rust as hell
Image

Had a £5 off voucher from ebay again so needed to spend it by end of month. So bought this 7 hose rad set which should be coming this week. Will order the new hose claps when i know the size of them all.
Image

To keep up the bling and gadgets the next thing is a set of gas springs for the bonnet

Image

I've already got one on the engine lid so just thought i'd add them to the front too. Just after one for the boot now

All the carbon is from america a guy on here (vip-bodykits). It's been rated by everyone that has seen it as a amazing fit and is made buy VIS racing sports.

All the gas ram kits i have are off ebay. A member on here has told me he has had problems with the bonnet rams and the carbon bonnet as there to strong :( Sounds like i need to do some sort of custom job on em

I've also just bought a braided clutch hose

Just a few minor things the Throttle cable would be better routed under the pipes its going to rub and mess them up,

the vac pipes are coing over the strut bar on the left

The hot pipe from the turbo, the Polyester hose will have to be glass reinforced to withstand the heat from exh manifold Polyester hose is a poor choice,

You should have stuck with the standard hot pipe better than what you have now

yea it's a wip it justs looks like this as we are doing fueling (phone pic). Don't worry everything will be moved after finish.

I like xspower and i like the uk supplier which is a friend of mine. my turbo hit 30+psi with no probs. The manifold and turbo had been beded in right (as the instuctions you get in the build) and has not cracked on me. I hear all this crap from other people and it bores me tbh. if something works i like end of the day

I have had to custom the screamer and oil feed and return

also the spec does not inc the charge cooler i had

Just running your finger along the inside of the XS manifold were it meets the headers is a joke! The ridges where it meets the turbo flange are even worse!
