I like all the Half life games, Orange box on the 360 is my fav.
Portal is a really cool game once you get into it.

I liked the sentry guns, they said some really funny stuff.
They didn't seem to like it when they were tossed around or dropped through a portal hole.

Half-Life 3 is out, Episode1 and Episode2 are the first two instalments of "Half-Life3" Episode3 being the third and final part of that.

They have released it in 3 parts so you get to play it sooner.

No, it's not. HL2, Episode 1, Episode 2 and Episode 3 are all in the same story arc. HL3, if it ever comes along (and I hope it doesn't unless there is a really good story to go with it) will be something different.

I'd like to see Shephard back personally.. perhaps something focusing on the 7 day war.

You definately can't get Half life on the Xbox. Only Half life 2.

They decided not to call it Half-Life 3 Ep 1 as it would be very short. And compairing to HL1 and HL2, People would inevitably complain, and not "Get" what they are trying to do. So they kept it was HL2 Ep1, Ep2 and Ep3 so it would be accepted as 3 shorter version which would = 1 full length game.

It is widly acepted as Half-Life3, so dont expect to see it in the shops, they took 6 years to make the first, then double that to make the second, so they did it in episodes so you did not have to wait twice as long again for the 3rd.

When Ep3 comes out i bet you shortly after they release all 3 as Ep3 and/or a Mod on Steam which will package them into one title.

I did hear that mate but then I watched an interview with one of the VALVE guys and he said they were gona start on a full length HL3 soon after releasing these.
