Ok, this is only a week away! Is there a plan? Will there be a mk1 club stand? Can I be on the stand on Saturday? I'm not a mk1 club member but will gladly join on the day! What time would I need to arrive? etc.

they will be sending me stand passes
you need to buy your own entry ticket
pm me with your addy so i can post your club stand pass

Will it be ok to buy my ticket on the day? I think the time to get a cheaper ticket has lapsed now but it's only a quid extra to buy it on the day anyway! I'm only coming for the Saturday by the way.

We'll be there but just for the Saturday and maybe leaving earlier than we'd like as we are going on holiday!!

Any point us being on the stand or will it cause a logistical nightmare? (There will still just be Sakura)

Likewise - I'm hoping to pop up on the Saturday but cannot stay to camp or really that late in the afternoon either... I'd love for my car to be on the stand though if it's possible... so would it be?

I think the organisers will be upto their eyeballs now!

Last time this stuff was mentioned, on the door tickets are teh only ones available now iirc. there were cut off dates just to get people buying early i think. There should be space for all i'd imagine being the first one an ists a big place yeah?, though i hate guessing.
Be a pity if you cant get more passes for your stand, but sure they will be available, somehow. might be worth ordering a few spare passes for any more stragglers. HTH.

1) mr2mk1chick / SystemG - (sat/maybe sun) got pass
2) lurnartic - (sat) sent pass today
3) Monkeymax - (sat) need address
4) Vix / Kiowas- (sat) sent pass today

Looks like saturday is the busy day for us then....
I may not bother with sunday - will see how it goes

It is going to be a full colourful weekend of retro cars from very old to 90's

The people who have started the show love all old cars, and their own cars are rare Datsuns, and custom VW turbo beetle, and other stuff

I'm day insuring My MR2 tonight just so i can fetch the van once fixed, friday off work to convoy down with the Northerners, and campingaction. its gonna be great fun, a real shame for those that will miss it.

Make sure you pop over to the MR2 stand as it'll probably be easier to find you that way! Would be nice to finally meet you!
I'll be wearing my IMOC shirt (still haven't paid up for a Mk1 club shirt yet... ) mind...

Bit of a change of plan... I'm still coming to the show but it doesn't look like I'll be bringing the '2. We're coming up that way to go to a wedding tomorrow and I didn't realise we are supposed to be giving some people a lift to the wedding! Unfortunately, it's not really practical to bring both cars with us either.

I'll bring my pass for the stand with me (if it has arrived in today's post) just in case someone needs it although it looks like there are some spare at the moment anyway.

See you on Saturday. I'll make a beeline for the club stand - you'll recognise me as the one looking grumpy cos my car isn't there and asking for a club membership form!

Due to an unhelpful supervisor giving me a last minute deadline for some work, it's highly unlikely I'll make this tomorrow as I'll be stuck in the office all weekend instead...

I hope you can make it to the stand on saturday beofre 5pm ish, as i won't be going on sunday anymore. If you find me on saturday you can get a car stand pass so you can park on the stand.
