That looks like quite a difference, is it? The Nanodrive is thicker than both the Gulf and CFS as well.

Being a race car you want to use an oil as thin as oil as possible without compromising protection, all using a 10w-60 will do is sap power due to oil drag.
Do you have an oil temp gauge fitted? If not it is worth doing as oil temps will give you an idea what viscosity oil you can get away with.
I would start with the 10w-40 and see how you get on.
