Just a thought - shall you be going from there to the M1 J19, then A14, A43, A6003 to Rockingham?. Think the services are about 1hour from Stoke. So leave about 7.15 me thinks

i used to do it in about 45mins to an hour so yeah 7:15 will be fine. Sraight M6 run on a sunday morning, jods a gudun.
