dam boost, why is it addictive? although i think the journey down the motorway was what swung it for me, how can it feel so stable at that speed?!

i know, but 70 feels so much quicker with all that midrange torque....

well, i should know tomorrow, think i might go stick another ad in the for sale section and see what happens, might let it go to a member on here for £3.5k, i can always use my bonus to put towards the rest of the finance, i just now wish id bought a tubby from the start!!

Please add your names in the usual manner you lazy b'stids!

Derry, sure you will be welcome in the N/A - I am intending to take the MK1 on the run: therefore when Anstarr gets lost he can just listen for the exhaust to know which direction to go in.

The run is not there just for turbos. Thats part of the reason for two groups, will send off the inexperienced / slower driver / new to area group about 5-10 mins ahead of the faster group.

Sorry Malcolm, didn't mean to drag it off topic, Fernhurst will love you if you go in the mk1 at that time of night!!

Will this run be MR2 exclusive?

I reckon a few groups of walky talkies might be a wise move on the night to advise of any rozzers spotted in the area.

I'll be in my Mk1 as well anyhow, so will probably be far behind the turbos too!

Personally I think it'd be a good idea to keep it to MR2s only as we don't want to attract too much attention at that time of night, do we?

This run will be MR2 exclusive.

No MX5s, no FTOs, no Scoobys, no Evos etc.

I am planning the route to go in a full circle so those who wish to go as passengers may leave cars at the start and then pick them up afterwards.

I've got a pair too. Might have to start keeping them in the MR just in case.

I'd like to come along to one of these Guildford runs as it's so near to me. I couldn't make the one last weekend as I was busy (and my car needs fixing). Is this one in June the next one or will there be another one sooner than this?

This is gonna be a very popular event so get yer names down quick. One thing i would say and i hope Tiamat agrees with me........

Make sure if you put yer name down that you do intend on coming!! We don't want 20 spaces filled with maybes or false hopers to then find another 10-15 wanted to go........ then get to the meet and only 12 or so cars show up from the original list.

Only reason i say this is because previous guildford meets have been subject to many people putting their names down and not showing up ](*,)
