Cool stuff - my stack of cases has got a lot smaller!

If anyone else has trouble with the cases getting damaged in the post, do let me know - i've had one report so far, but the mail is all insured so I can send another case and claim the insurance (grrr to RM drop kicking things)!

Yes, they went out first class post on 24th November.. i have the receipt in front of me.
I'll have to look on the Royal Mail's website for how long I should leave it before I can claim compensation... *goes to hunt the info

If anyone else hasn't received theirs, I usually send them a couple of days after receiving cleared payment.... Contact me if you think it's been too long

15 days after expected delivery date... which I work out to be tomorrow. I'll see if they let me start proceedings tomorrow - in which case i'll send some more out then.
