Elvingtons quite abrasive ! So I dont' think you'll have a problem with slicks looking at it from a grip front, but don't expect them to last long if your gunning it around with some pace !

Are you a goer jay ? :eye:

We'd only stop you going out if your tyres are showing canvass at elv. It doesn't matter if they are legal or not for airfield days.

Try not to get nicked on the way to the trackday though.

If you are driving second drivers are free, so if this is the case he will not have to pay.

Nobody pays to be a passenger, so no charge there.

Looks like I may be up at Elvington this Saturday as well - not driving, but just as a passenger, taking photos and maybe some video footage.

See you there :)

Hey JJ, sounds good to me - definitely would be on for a passenger ride - spins, slides all good :thumleft:

It'll actually be good to to a trackday and relax, get a few passenger rides - when you're driving there's never a spare moment.

As for pics .. there's a dodgy pic of me on the Committee page linked off the button at the top of the page. I'll leave you to decide if I'm bigger or uglier in real life ;)

Jason,

I believe they have changed the layout of their track now to make it longer, so I think they can have 42 (?) cars max, something like that.
