looks good mate, i think i'm gonna try mounting mine on the lower lip and slightly "inside" the bumper. the bumper is being painted just now, so looking forward to fitting it

Just remember to factor in airflow, both for the rad and through to the underside of the car.

yeah, i might take out the aircon pre-rad as the aircon doesn't work and i'd never use it anyway
do you have mesh in your bumper?? i need to source some but if it looks ok without i won't bother.

Yep, it has/had mesh. I've still got the template for the undertray if it's of any use to you? Depending what make yours is?
I had designs on making a full internal shroud to direct air through the rad only, blocking off the side side as they were originally designed for brake cooling. All in a bid to clean up front end airflow.

ach it's cool man, thanks for the offer, i'll deffo do it at some point, looks fairly easy, as for the side ducts, my fog lamps are going in there anyway
