"I have 5 sets on order, that I'm hoping will be machined this week. Your name is already on a set, and ive sold two, so looks like you've sold the other two - I'll have to get some more ordered up sharpish!
As soon as I have them, I'll be in touch bud"

Regarding payment and dispatch- I've asked gaz if its better we pay him directly so he can dispatch directly rather than via me.
