this brings back memories of when i got my first mr2 Turbo.

as said, check everything is there, especially check oil/water levels.#

And do not boost when going round a bend in the winter, a certain rear end will step out!

Good luck and enjoy :thumleft:

Is that green wire an aftermarket fog light feed for the rear lights at some point? As imports did not have fog lights as standard.

Radio wiring shouldn't take too much effort to sort, I wouldn't have thought :-k

your dead right there Red :thumleft: it goes straight to the rear clusters

think i'll leave the radio atm, as i have a new wiper stalk on its way (wipers only work on manual/one shot atm), and the oem boost gauge/pressure sensor to sort :thumleft:

Today I managed to sort the front fans (after originally not running, I replaced the missing main fan relay, then the fans were on all the time) by plugging the rad temp sensor back in #-o

I then went to check the inter cooler fan, only to find the fan ecu missing ](*,) ](*,) just my luck lol

So after that I gave in and put a dehumidifier in the car to dry the interior abit

Do you have a list of the bits you need? I've got loads of bits from my old car, many of which are destined for the bin. So I might just be able to help you out :thumleft:

few bits fitted this week :thumleft:

wiper stalk assembly ..... now the wipers work :thumleft: \:D/ (soo much for the auto electrician the guy had look at the this before he sold me the car )
tried swapping the map sensor (tested the gauge seems ok), didnt make any difference #-o .... so will leave it for now
fitted the cooling fan ECU .... intercooler fan now works :thumleft: \:D/

i also found out why the drivers seat was wet, the t-bar seal is no where near the window on the door (2-3mm gap) ... so i am going to get that adjusted today if i can.

next major task is the passengers side sill .... just out of interest how much do people pay at the local Mr T's for the outer sill part? i got told £102 .... where as i am pretty sure i have read £84 some where. i have also found this place called radfordpanel.com who make sills .... have emailed them, no reply as yet though.
i am also trying to work out a way of tilting my car over slightly as it looks like its gunna be mega hard to get good access to the sill :? :?

a big thanks to everyone who has answered my posts, commented here, and who i have boughts parts from :thumleft:
