Im up for it only got my car back in the road yesterday so it would be good to get it out.

P.S how flat is it cos my mr2 can't do bumps

its flat, you should be fine. Last year the entrance for clubs was slightly changed so you drove on a path instead of the grass.
If you have a look at the pics there are paths to drive.

Reminded Dad about this at weekend. Hope he can come too. I am assuming he is ok to park on the stand, it is a Jap car!

My OH will bring the support vehicle but shall make him park in the public car park

SPRING CAR SHOW
Sunday 6 May 2012
Information for Participants


ENTRANCE
Gate: Entry will be through Gate 1, which is the nearest one to Royston.
Note – this is NOT our main Visitor Entrance.
How to get there: The Museum is just off J10 on the M11. Please follow the
yellow ‘Car Club’ signs on the A505, which will lead you to Gate 1.
Opening Times: Gate 1 opens at 0930. The Museum will open at
1000. Please make sure you are in your designated are by 1200.
The Museum closes at 1800, and we ask all participants to stay until at least 3pm.


PAYMENT
Payment will be collected by a member of IWM staff at the entrance gate.
Admission rate for Classic Car Owners/car club members: £9.95 per person but children under 16 can go in for free.
Visitors in non-classic cars who want to just look at the cars will need to pay the standard admission rate and enter through the main visitor centre.


DISPLAYING AREA
The event will be held between Wing Co Joe’s Cafe and the Land Warfare Hall. Car parking marshals will help you find your allocated area. In addition, a map indicating your area will be available from the kiosk on the day.

hey im beki i have recently invested in mr2 mk1 shes about average not a show car.
Im thinking about coming to the event would it be appropriate or are all the cars going to be amazing and mines just there about average?

Mines rusting down both sills (quite bad on the drivers side now), has impact damage (no note from the guilty party) on a front wing and a rattle from failing exhaust baffles... probably. Now the footwell's wet again.
