Im not sure Neil, would the Celica CC radiator fit?? you know about these things better than me!

The TTE CC is a 205 but has extra row (deeper) and the case is renforced to stop
it "blowing up"

Well my car is currently running around on 1 bar and off to Thor on saturday - everyone should have an external wastegate

I'm a bit netless at the mo due to a job change so cant monitor this thread.

Pencil me in, car should be running around 1.5/6 bar with plenty of nitrous on top after saturday.

Given I was nailing mid 12's with standard ems, standard engine, standard turbo and just a 50 shot. I'm expecting much better

Those in the team section need to finish building their cars and get cheques and entry forms off asap - ideally this week and please send them recorded delivery.

Anyone not on the list who wants to be should get in touch asap, those in the reserves will not have cheques cashed unless they end up taking part in the event.

As mentioned before anyone who wants to help out in the pits or on the display stand is more than welcome, it would be really good if someone else could help me with the stand to be honest as I'll probably be tied up elsewhere for most of the event.

Cheers mate, just needs a few tweaks here and there but it's pretty much ready as it is i reckon.

The only donwside for me is that it'll probably take me a good 5 hrs to drive up there!!!

Is there going to be camping there or does anyone live nearish that can lend me their sofa for the night?

I'm close by and happy to lend floor and driveway space out if necessary, my only problem at the moment is that we may have family up the same weekend so I can't be 100% as yet.

So one place left as far as I'm concerned, if you know anyone who should be on there or want to be involved yourself please make contact asap, those 4 brave chaps already down need to fill the form in and get it off with a cheque in the next couple of days, could you also send me a quick private message or email with your full name (I know them but confirm them anyway), your car details and a rough bhp figure as the organisers seem to like to quote that, if you could also confirm a rough personal best on the 1/4 that would be nice.

Don't forget that the 3rd of July is a practice day at Elvington if you want to get a feel for things.

Reserves still needed in case of problems or additional places being allocated, we may get to enter more than 5 cars....

I wish! It's my daily driver and i've just bought 2 new tyres for the event which will need some wearing in if i'm to stand any chance on the hadling course!

You sound like me toni... I've not mentioned anything about joining in yet... I'll have confidence when my engines running !! At the moment, the blocks on the floor in my garage and the heads in the back of my car ! See what I can do over the next week !

I'll stick on the reserve list - went to see the car yesterday, the bodywork modifications are almost done and even if I say so myself are pretty awesome Photos taken and will follow! It should be sprayed and out of the shop by second week July.

Question is will the engine be ready to drop in at that point??! Am going to try.

I went to see Bri this morning at Powerhouse, the engine is running pretty well - tickover isnt great until its warm but then I have lost 50cc and changed the CR so I cant complain too much about the cold start map being out

Overall the engine is sounding sweet - new clutch is great. Going to pick her up to start running in tommorow, should be finished and mapped in about two weeks!
