3 red lights, the death of my 3rd xbox in 3 years

I had a pro for just over a year and had no problems at all, sold it on here when I got my Elite.

I have now had the Elite for must be over a year now and again no problems, well Flashing red lights as I had a quick power cut but turned the 360 off and on again and it was fine.

Overall about 3 years with a 360 and no faults

So what's difference between a premium and elite construction wise? All I thought the differences were it was black and came with a 120GB hard drive

the ONLY difference's are the hdd and the and colour. all the internals on all elites, pro's and arcades are now the same

It's a slight variation on my method (overheating)

The towel trick doesn't work properly. You need to tighten the GPU and re-thermal paste the chip adding washers. Takes a while to be fair but it works a treat.

burn in time? u mean after u paste it you have to cook it for the 2 red lights to come on then wait for it to cool down before bolting it tight?
