I kept my searching confined to IMOC and Pistonheads purely because it's much more likely that the car was owned by an enthusiast.

Ebay [-X IMO

Good luck with the search and well done for walking away from the first one you saw :thumleft:

Me too, I saw a couple from Autotrader, they were dogs. Waited and ended up buying one from IMOC. Was in far far far better condition, and you could tell it had been looked after alot more.

They are only unreliable if they've been screwed around with by someone that doesn't know what they are doing (as with most cars) and if someone hasn't bothered to service the thing regularly.

Do your research and pick a good one and you shouldn't have any problems :thumleft:

You can pick up parts reasonably cheap if you shop around.. always worth checking online shops and breakers as well as going to Toyota.
